self care cards

I had fun with my summertime art students a few weeks ago making decks of self care cards like these:
52 cards with self care prompts on the back:
Then we made boxes to keep them in like this one:
This particular card is good self care only if you have someone to wash the dishes too :)

I would be happy to email the PDF file so you can make your own deck of cards too.
Although, it's up to you to gussy them up :)
(Let me know if you're interested when you leave a comment ...)

Nice reminders to think of yourself too...a thought I often forget! I'd like the file. I think they would make great random works of art to leave in unsuspecting places for someone to find.

I love the simplicity and down-to-earth-edness of your blog. (Yes, that's a word. I just made it one)
If you still have a copy of the pdf for the cards, I would love a copy, please? Does it have instructions for the cute box, too?
My email is kissmevodka at ye olde gmail dot com.
I found your blog via Pinterest scouring for old photos to do an encaustic commission. Now I'm enjoying a beautiful stroll through your blog! Thank you!

Cheers,
Maggie
