paper making today

It was a class I taught today.
This is the student work :

We used junk mail and flower petals.

(The green paper I made after everyone went home. It's made from berry baskets.)

LOVE paper making. In the past I have also incorporated fibre strands and shredded foil which turns into flecks of silver. The flower petals make it a feast for the eyes.

Fantastic work. Marvelous when petals and the like are embedded in the paper. Strawberry baskets, perfect for a new sheet and that pretty garden color. xox

These papers are amazing! I adore handmade paper, I have a book and bought a beginner kit to make some of my own but have not tried it, you have inspired me to try it...I have some of those berry baskets gathering dust, must try that as green is my favorite color and shows up in my work a lot. Thanks for sharing.
