A New Book and it's placekeeper

I made this bookmark using the kind of acetate transparency that you can write and stamp on without smearing. I stamped the kitties and then folded it in the middle .... it works great!

One of my current reads: The Secret Life of Bees
I want to read the book before seeing the movie .......

This challenge and many other fun and fabulous challenges can be found over at the Awfully Big Art Adventure. Thanks Linda and Rosie!

What a brilliant idea - I love how you can see through it to the print, and I rather like pussycats too! So glad to have you with us again.

I LOVE that bookmark - I will have to see if I can find some of that transparency - wonder if the craft store carries it?
You'll love the book - I read it when it first came out. I wasn't going to see the movie, but my son's friend, Hilarie, got the part as the mother (seen in flashbacks),so I kind of HAD to see it!The movie turned out to be very good!
