Love tea stained items. I save them too. I love anything nature related and people are always bringing me feathers, bark, pine cones etc. They say they know I can do something with it in my art. That makes me feel good. Hope you feel better.

Hi Kimmie, I always love saving my tea bags! Yes, they are inspiring and sometimes a teabag is all I need to get started on a project. Hope you're feeling better!
I hope the tea helps you feel better. I know I'm late, but I had to run some errands and you weren't awake, yet (grin). Here is my tea post:http://alteredbooklover.blogspot.com/2011/09/limeade-to-celebrate-end-of-summer.html
So sorry to hear you are feeling a little under the weather. I'm feeling good, but in a slump when it comes to getting anything done. :/ Wishing you all the best, Tammy
There aren't many places I could say this but I'm safe here I'm sure...dryer lint. I used to save it. Then, one day thought I was a goofball and tossed it. However, that wasn't a big step, it's not like I can't accumulate a huge amount in like 2 weeks around here. I've never done anything with it but some of it is quite pretty. :) I hope you are feeling better.
Oh my word......of all the pieces of interesting and barely interesting pieces of paper that I've taken pains to save -- I've NEVER thought of the actual tea bag! New day for me! (And a bigger stash.)
Happy Tea Tuesday Kimmie and I hope whatever was ailing you has decided to move on. Yes ! I am very inspired by your tea bags. I have certainly used tea and coffee for dying fabric and lace and paper but I have never actually used the bags, so will start saving them. I have seen used round ones used in art journals ( still with the tea inside ) and they look great. Your printed fabric is stunning, love the colour and so is that little bird. Gorgeous work !!
hope you'll feel better soon, dear KImmie...yes I save my tea bags for art as well...have a good day anyways....steph
Hopefully the peppermint will kick out whatever is invading. The dried tea bags look like thin parchments sheets waiting to be written on. Inspiration, the barn owls that call outside our window just before dawn. xox Corrine
Kimmie ~ your blog is so inspiring! I've bookmarked it so I won't forget to come back for more visits. Feel better soon. :)
i'm sick today too...been a little off since school started and child brought home some germs...love your stack of tea papers...good idea to reuse them in your work...your stack is so breathy and wispy...happy t tuesday, dear kimmie
oo i re-read your post...my sunny, morning window always inspires me...hope you are feeling better today...xo
Not only am i late to tea - I missed it completely!!!! Giveaway on my blog - and, I have some teabags for you - some European ones- been saving them on my windowsill , and then spreading the dried, used, tea in my herb garden. I was tempted to keep one - it is very cool - but, I know I will NEVER use it, and you will!!!LOL
Your inspiration becomes the most beautiful thing to behold. Thank you. :)
