Kimmie, I now have carrot envy! Those are very nice looking veg. Yes, we are planning our cold weather crops now and it's a great time for lettuce here, now the weather is cooling doen a little bit.
can't be too much more organic than that, earth refrigeration!! enjoy .

Hum, I'll have to look into the cool weather veggies since our garden this year, with the exception of the tomatoes, was a bust. Thanks for the idea.
Seed packets are sooo addictive!!! I am getting ready to plant the fall greens now!!!!
