fannie buchanan

I painted a little picture on the back of the clam digging/funeral check list. Poor Fannie Buchanan - I doubt her book is in print anymore. I've decided the funeral was hers.

A woman is remembered by another woman and thus the circles of souls widens.

You can get a hard copy of the book at amazon for .29 cents (not including shipping and handling):

224 pages of I don't really know what but I bet it would be fun to flip through.
Glad you made the found card into something for yourself. Once again, great find!!!

I saw the books that Fannie wrote, I think she would be so pleased to see art on this card! We picked up a somewhat deflated large bouncy ball on our property yesterday. Some child had drawn all over it. I thought of you and your found art! I almost took a picture of it but it was a rubber ball...very dirty...kind of sticky...and I just wasn't feeling it. Into the garbage with firm directions to my girls to go wash their hands!

Such a lovely idea....and purchasing the book would make it even more special. Are you interested in music? :-)

This was both fun and funny. Great take on the bucket list, and beautiful art to illustrate it, too.
