yesterday's harvest

yesterday's heart pebbles
moments of peace
from the gathering of them
to dropping them into my pocket
to putting them to paint and paper

gifts of the sea

It's simply incredible that you live where these can be freely found. Such beauties that you have managed to pick up.

Really nice. I find it so hard to draw stone and here you have done it well. What kind of paint (water, acrylic?)--or is it color pencil?

I always look for - and appreciate - heart-shapes in nature. My favorites are beach glass hearts and rocks.
