my studio/workspace
I know it doesn't look spacious
but I tend to create small things
like these mermaids
we collected clam and mussel shells from our days at the beach this summer
and I've been making hand drawn mermaids
... all for Sophie ....

How cute are they! And how appropriate that they are drawn in shells;)
ReplyDeleteCharming! And such a good use they will be for the 'Team"...if only I had some extra $, I'd rush it to you, but I am tight as a drum in that department sorry to say. I love the window in your studio--it expands the space to the view. I work in the near dark most of the time, or the screened view of curtains since my city view is not so pretty. But the sun is pouring in through them this blue full moon day, and I'm happy. Thank you for the drawing on shells idea. I have a whole set of clam shells I used to serve clams on (decades ago, before I stopped eating them, and entertaining many guests). Now I know why I've saved them. I had thought to make mobiles but never did it, You have inspired me.
ReplyDeleteHi Kimmie, I like your new header. And those seashells are wonderful! I hope you sell them all. :) Go Team Sophie! Best wishes and blessings, Tammy
