beachcombing tea

it was a good day to get out of the house

and get some fresh air

and sunshine

December 19th ... a great beach day on Puget Sound

*
how are you holding up during this busy busy time of year?
what do you do when you need to take a break?
where do you go when you have cabin fever?
happy tuesday ... I hope all is well where you are!

p.s. please visit Bleubeard and Elizabeth... She is in the midst of computer woes and is unable to link back from a comment box :(

Great photos, love walking on the beach/river side, water is so soothing :)
Things are getting busy :) I won't be here for tea tomorrow--running most of the day. However, I did post tonight---coffee can makeover, if anyone would like to take a look :)

What a beautiful setting you live in! I am so glad that you share it with us as you do -- and one day, I hope to come visit.

I've finished most of my Christmas to-do list and am now just trying to enjoy the week with my children. We're baking and hanging out (in pajamas nearly all day today!).

i am not busy this season. just an old lady sitting around wondering how her life ended up this way.

LOL

cabin fever though, already set in and its only December. Taking a walk is good but the air is sooooo cold, but still i need to do it.

Oh what a beautiful place to live! What a lovely walk you took!
Things are slowing down here, just waiting for the snow to fly. Come over for a tea visit.
Merry Christmas!

Happy Tea Tuesday to you. I'm out of tea! But my DIL is getting me some. My chill out times are usually spent at the cabin...or sitting on the couch sipping hot cocoa.

i think i have been on this very beach on the sound . . . i found amazing bits of glass and pottery. i was told all of it came from cruise ships who use to dump all their trash and broken china over-board 50,60, 80 years ago . . . anyway, they are our treasures to find today.

lovely post.
happy holidays to you too!
