Very interesting tea...bag? :) I used to have many orphan cups and saucers and then donated them to a jewelry maker who cut them up and made beautiful things out of the pieces....broken china jewelry. Happy tea day to you.
I have never seen these tea bags before but I just love visiting your posts...they are always engaging and offer a relish of inspiration to my heart's mind's eye. Peace, Mary Helen Fernandez Stewart
what a lovely gift, and amazing tea bag! your mismatched cup and saucer are wonderful together... happy stepsisters... happy tea on tuesday... xo http://bellantico.blogspot.com/2011/10/st-croix-tea.html
Pat certainly IS generous...I got a lovely box of delights myself That is a very distinctive tea bag for sure and how fitting in your stepsister dishes :)
That is one, high tech, steeping thingamujig! I got a box from Pat too and I thought about making her something to send back too! Wouldn't it be funny if half her stuff returned in another form? Would she make room for it then? heehee
Your mug and saucer look like a natural pair!
I am having tea today too. http://nathaliethompson.blogspot.com
Oooo... the tea and the goodies look wonderful! I got some goodies from Pat too! I'll be posting photos of them later this week. Love your tea cup and step saucer! As you know I collect orphaned tea cups and put them up for adoption... I have a few new ones to post before I set the orphange up at a fall festival later this month! My Tuesday Tea post is here: http://piecesofd.blogspot.com/2011/10/tuesday-tea.html
Wow ! When I opened your page I thought Oooh what is that 'contraption' in Kimmies cup ? How interesting, I have never seen a tea bag like that before. What a lucky girl you are, what a fabulous box of inspiring goodies, can't wait to see what beautiful creations evolve from these. Happy Tea Tuesday. xx
I'm a day late...had to skip tea yesterday. Tuesdays are always so crazy busy for me. What an awesome package you received! Can't wait to see what fun things you create from the goodies inside.
BTW, the ring and the blue glass insulator go together, and the slide is, I believe, of Mount Vernon. You made the box look so good!! Consider it a happy b'day too!!!! Love your mug!!!
That is so cool. I have never seen a teabag like that before. Looks like you have lots of goodies to create with. Have fun! And have a wonderful weekend. Tammy
Really neat tea bags. I love odd bits of china too and always have broken pieces around for jewelery etc. It was a very lovely gift for you and just in time for that special day! Mrs Noofy
