I don't have a video,
but maybe a slideshow would do?
Feel free to leave questions.
This example used just gesso,
but if you want the colored effects of the last 4-patch,
you can just play with some paints to get that.

you can follow THIS LINK and view it in Picasa Web Albums)

Very cool - I want to sit down and do this right now - but I have other things I have to do!!!Aaagh!! Been catching up on your posts - don't know how I missed them - I love the one with your journal, at your table - I want to sit at that table!!!!Mine should be so neat.......
Who'd have thought that a lowly pie plate and discarded bottle caps could be transformed into something so wonderful!!! Awesome slide show, Kimmie! Thank you!!! Hugs, Terri xoxo
This looks like so much fun..Thanks for sharing.
pretty amazing! now, do you mean one of those thin foil-like pie plates or just an old metal pie plate whatever they are made of I am not sure, aluminum perhaps. Well you must mean the foil type as how could you cut it with scissors otherwise.
I have always enjoyed your metal art creations Kimmie. Being a collector of bottlecaps ... you've really inspired me AGAIN with this project...great step by step TFS!
The yin and yang of your Gulf quilt and this metal quilt is fabulous!

Glad I also happen to have a collection of old pie tins up in my cabinet-- and here I thought I was saving them to bake pies...
