tea progression

not too many days left to make suntea first thing in the morning around here
our weather is expected to change back to our normal marine type of weather
(cold, cloudy mornings)
we've been having a bit of a heat wave the last few days
(4 days to be exact)
... in the 80's ...
I know that doesn't really qualify as a heat wave
... I truly LOVE it ...
it means I can go all day without getting a chill
:)
these 2 pictures are a time lapse of my suntea
(for the special photo effects: I boosted the contrast, color saturation, definition and sharpness)

enjoy these summer days while you have them
I do hope you're not melting though!

Kimmie, these photos are adorable and so are you for liking the 80 degree weather. It sounds so much better than our 100 plus days. This tea looks like so much fun. Here's to many (or at least a few) more sun tea days this summer.

Delicious! We had what seemed to be our first truly hot day today in southern California. I caved and turned the AC on.

love the color coming thru the carafe reflected in the garden! I know our hot weather is soon on the way out, to be replaced by the mountain chill here in CO... I totally understand your marine weather. the mornings are so very cool and soon we will get our first frost... so blizzards are not far behind!! LOL!!

Hi Kimmie- Thanks for the kind thoughts, and yes you guessed that I was not pacing myself as I should have! Love all of the artwork, you are truly inspiring, and yes that tea does look refreshing! Hugs, Christen

so cool what you've done with your photos, total artsy touches ... no surprise at all coming from you dear Kimmie

the 80's sound just right to me ... we've had some scorching hot humid days but today is a lovely rainy 77 degrees ... we needed the rain too!

Happy Midweek Kimmie!
