ReplyDeleteIn answer to your question, yes, Inktense pencils CAN be used on fabric! Once the fabric is 'colored', you can wash it, and the colors will stay because they are ink-based. That was one of the reasons why I purchased them. Happy Mother's Day! Hugs, Terri xoxox
